The past couple of Wednesdays, I've been late for work. The TAGS bus I normally catch doesn't show up, and the buses going to Metro Park come within minutes of each other.
Does anyone know where I can find a supervisor at the Franconia-Springfield station? I'm almost positive that one of those drivers is reading their manifest wrong, and doing the Metro Park run when they should be doing the Mall/Hilton run.
Thanks,

Apparently, driver turnover seems to be a major problem on the TAGS bus routes. Also, apparently Metro's training of the new drivers consists of "here's the schedule and the map, go to it".
This morning, I missed my normal bus, even though I was there 5 minutes early, because the driver WENT TO THE WRONG STOP! I couldn't see him until too late because an ornamental tree was blocking his sign. The bus to Springfield Mall/Hilton stopped at the Metro Park stop, instead of the VACANT Mall/Hilton stop.
The route is NOT hard. Why can't Metro get them sufficient information to run the routes at around the correct time and at the correct places?
The driver of the bus I did catch told me that the driver had asked him that morning how to run the route. Apparently, he came in cold.
